I’ll share more in upcoming podcasts about my inspiration to rebrand my podcast – but the gist of it is that I can be moreME to share what has impacted and guided me to live a healthier life in (sorry for the cliche) Body, Mind, Spirit, and Emotions.
That’s just it though, I want to take these topics beyond cliche…
In a broader and even more genuine format I will continue to share about health and wellness, body-typing: and the foods, exercises and habits to feel more balanced in your body and relationships (with my updated book and audiobook) and I will delve into topic that I’ve toiled for years whether to share – Family Emotional Abuse and Borderline Personality Disorder.
I’m re-branding to “Tara Baklund” because this is me… and I want to bring out the best in me to help any of you who are going through weight, self-image, health, or family issues. You can come through smiling, genuinely happier, healthier and, yes, even grateful!
