approximately 3 cups
*Use all organic and/or farm-raised ingredients.
cups fresh strawberries washed and cored
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup walnut or grapeseed oil
1 Tablespoon minced chives
1 teaspoon (heaping) honey
Put strawberries and vinegar in blender or food processor.
Pulse 3-4 times until strawberries are in small pieces but not smoothie consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse a couple of more times to blend.
This is a well-balanced options for all body-types. This makes a great, light evening meal meal for the summer months. Enjoy!
