Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe

I created this recipe when we had so many strawberries that were so ripe and I just had to do something different with them. I know, too many strawberries, such a lame problem, right!?

This turned out great! It’s almost as if the nearly overripe berries were calling to be made into this dressing.

It’s easy, refreshing… go ahead, give it a try!

Strawberry Vinaigrette

Free of Dairy, Gluten, Nuts (opt.), Corn, Eggs, Soy

approximately 3 cups

Ingredients

*Use all organic and/or farm-raised ingredients.

cups fresh strawberries washed and cored

1/2 cup white wine vinegar

1/2 cup walnut or grapeseed oil

1 Tablespoon minced chives

1 teaspoon (heaping) honey

dash salt

Directions

Put strawberries and vinegar in blender or food processor.

Pulse 3-4 times until strawberries are in small pieces but not smoothie consistency.

Add remaining ingredients and pulse a couple of more times to blend.
